I make no apologies whatsoever about Clayton's lending terms. I get letters from people complaining about our subsidiary's in various ways. In the last three years I have not received one call. We've got 300,000 loans. The article talked about 30 year mortgages over four and a half years ago. I said we're not going to have them except for the FHA guaranteed winch which of course have a very low rate. It's true that 3% or so will lose their homes in a year. 97% of those people will have a home where their average principal and interest payment is a little under $600 a month. That takes care of having a two and perhaps three bedroom house
