Is There a Difference Between Presidents and CEOs?

Felix: Do we have a history of having presidents who are ineffective managers, leaders? He says the way they deal with it is that they delegate. Felix: The ideal executive would be someone really great at all of these things. Could they do it effectively? I'm not sure they could. But he makes the case that delegation isn't possible.
