Marketing engaged leads really just to fit in the middle of there. Hetting the home page means one thing, Rousing the product pages means another. Going to the pricing page over and over again sence a different type of signal. We had to develop a bunch of relative metrics that give us meaningful surge signals. And that ends up beinga good indicator that the time is ripe to talk. One of he things i've learned through this process is that there's the fit piece, and the fit piece is, in some ways more intuitive.
