The Credit Card Fight and the NDA

Senator Roger Marshall, the Republican from Kansas is pushing behind the scenes for the credit card competition act to get an amendment vote in the NDA process. Sources told us that Marshall has even threatened to hold up proceedings without the vote. There's a lot and interestingly enough, we have an ad in the newsletter this morning, another ad about this exact issue. So it'll be something and the NDAA thing is an interesting wrinkle here.
