Positive Law

The principle that the law should be objective is a fundamental and it gives rise to many something. It has to be devoted to protecting individual rights and it has to be rationally applied. That's two elements, the content and the method. There's a lot to be said about that but there's not much developed. And finally, is the moral practical dichotomy ingrained in the culture?
