The Power of Mindfulness Meditation
The Buddha said, those who cling to their views and opinions not only suffer, but they go around the world annoying other people. And so there's a way of releasing them. As you do what begins to blossom quite naturally is a sense of calm and ease. The mind secretes thoughts like the salivary grands, glan, secretes, saliva. You just notice it like a river. If you hold on then you get rope burn because it keeps changing.
