Glovo's italy office was run and the way they'd been treated by management had major impacts on their mental health. They were describing a work place where concerns weren't being listened to. The junior staff were bullied and victimized. There was a lack of personal development. A few people who said that they had been fired out of the bloe, despite performing well and getting positive reviews from line managers. So we put all this to glovo and said that the management star had had effects on starf's mental health.
