Are You Just Ad Hock Shifting Between Those?

I think most people on team are generally doing getting one thing done and then doing the next thing. For some things works like a six week project, like brad's building out the new website. We don't want loose ends in a lot of time. We like ship things mid cycle too. There's a big mix of stuff in there, and some of it is like thers understanding of what's more important than other stuff. But i've also found it's just important to have to almost overfill them a little bit. People like having a clear sense of what they should be doing with their time.
