Is There a Female Perspective on Lust?

How is Jesus' admonition that someone who lusts has already committed adultery? How is that actually dealt with in any kind of intellectually honest way? And maybe this is where a female perspective could be useful because women don't, you know, the way that women tend to fall into sexual sin of the mind.
