Is There a Time and Place for Discounts?

I think there is a time and place for discount and I think that's at the acquisition level. You are paying, you're giving that discount to acquire their email, right? It does its job. They couple with a reactivation strategy where you're going way far back in your audience. Something they don't convert on that click. They convert through this funnel because it gets them back on the site. So sometimes that 10%, it's not even, it's irrelevant and confusing what was already going on.
