Leaving a Book on a Beach?

I love this. I was just in new york and we were exiting my friend's building, and there is a stack of books on the stairs,. clearly designed for taking, and he took one of them. So i o, here's what i would say, putting them where, somewhere bu people pass by, and it's clear what they're for. You can't do at an airport because people are going to assume its to bo they will tackle you. Solik i wouldn't worry too much about littering. It's not like she's just like tossing it behind her as she walks and like hoping that someone finds it. But  i'm thinking the hotel lobby is
