There is a lot of people out there that read and don't put in personal development time. Those guys might end up some sort of six figure career. Then we've got the guys who absorb all the fucket skills they can, and then also make em part of who the hell they are. Not all of you guys were meant to own a company. But all ofyou guys can provide and learn the skills and value that comes from those skills in your day to day career. That's it. If you're doing that, you're making a commitment to that,

The most important thing you can do to achieve success is commit yourself to self-development. How many books have you read? What have you taught yourself lately? It is nobody's responsibility but yours to put good sh*t in your brain. There is no excuse you can make to not take your own improvement seriously.
