If we meditate during the day we release stress so when we go to lie down at night our body doesn't have to process as much stress. One woman's just had nine hours sleep two nights in a row having abled five hours weeks obviously she's just a different person of course why because just a simple technique means that she's releasing stress during the day now and she's sleeping like a baby at night it's fantastic. We buy back time which is really our most valuable resource - regular meditators will also turn around and feel that they no longer wish just to be stimulated because our senses are becoming more alive.
