Are You a Hospitalist?

If you're in the middle ranks of a company, there really is no one to call who knows you. We need someone that we can call and talk to before we get thrown off into these call centers over here or chatbots over there. For humans to feel as though they have to be their own expert in the whole panoply of HR areas is super stressful. And so we've got to emotionally empathize with that and then build orchestras and technology. But you still got a human on the other end of it going, help. I don't know. I'm probably doing it wrong. What's right?
