T-Rex probably also had feathers at least on parts of its body. Time between when a stegosaurus roamed the earth and when a T-Rex roamed the Earth is actually longer than dinosaurs went extinct to today. So most people know that humans are just a little blip on the geological time scale. But dinosaurs actually took up a pretty good chunk. They were so dominant for such a long time and so well adapted. It's very very amazing.
