Coaching a Difficult Player - Is This Kid Pushing My Button?
JP: The issue here is not the kid, it's you. I'm reacting to the behavior in some sort of usually confrontational manner that oftentimes is not very productive. But it's because I don't have an adequate understanding of myself in this situation. That prevents me from seeing my player as a person and what I'm really trying to teach them.
