What Are the Biggest Findings From the Research Paper?
I think the main finding for me is this sense of fear. And in some cases, not even being able to name that it's fear. I interviewed a number of staff and, you know, the fear is there for them as well. So, we're not just talking about those that go through the academy, we're talking about those who end up within the professional game carrying that with them. The impact on performance, as you can imagine, is not going to be conducive. You know, maybe another one of the findings really is about misunderstanding of what development means.
