Henry, a 15 Year Old Fugitive

Henry is on the run an escaped fugitive, or, in the language of the day, gone on the scout. His scout takes him west on a freight wagon to find refuge with his stepfather. Henry heads for san simon, roaming the dusty cattle trails. He finds work as a ranch hand and sheep herder but soon he's spending his wages gambling in the saloons of safford and pueblo.
