Eating disorder started to creep in but thankfully his care spotted it really early. He was stashing food in his bag at lunch times and dinners, and they found it in the bin in his bedroom. But I think it was just an internal protest in Ruben that had to express himself somehow so it came out in an eating disorder. It's a difficult one for Ruben to verbalise - with many heating disorders it's a matter of control. And Ruben's life was not in it. He wasn't controlling anything.
