Mark Whitaker: There's a cap on the Social Security earnings. Once you're above that point, you don't pay more into the system,. You max out of the system. Jessica Hall: Is it the fallacy that all workers are the same and that's just one big lump as opposed to differentiating their skills and sets? Mark Whitaker: I would support a plan that raises the cap and also raises the retirement age.
