Are They Using Gunfire to Attack Disabled Power Substations?

I don't imagine it's coincidence that they're attacking Baltimore, which has a big black population. Exactly. So they, unfortunately, were plotting online with undercover FBI in Fortnite. But they have been, in the past year, dozens and dozens of these attacks often using gunfire to knock out disabled power substations. And this is one of the few cases where they have actually caught people either before or after an attack.
