The Tractor Beam Is Being Built for Dr. Evil

Scott has kind of stepped up to the evil plate. He has finally obtained some sharks with lasers, which of course Dr. Evil wants to be the first one. And they have a moment of like reconciliation,. But crucially, none of this is funny. They forgot to put any jokes in this scene. Sorry, I have a drop with this. That is not funny. Yes. If you cut out all of the like explaining the joke, you could maybe have, I'm not going to say you'd have a good movie, but what you would have is like 60 minutes of television.
