The Importance of Alignment in Investing

I am very action oriented and I typically am the type of person that measures the value of a meeting with a decision that came out of it. And if no decision came out, it's like, okay, should this have even happened? Was this time well spent? You can be successful with whatever tendency you have as long as you surround yourself with folks who have the opposite tendency. Some cultures are just one or the other. A really wise and thoughtful long term thinker decision maker may not thrive in a Facebook like culture where it's moved fast and break things.
