In some patients just treating the neck and normalizing the afferent input isn't enough. We've got to address higher up with tailored sensory motor control training. So those things sort of work at that sort of second level where you're really trying to integrate the vestibular visual and sparkle afferent information so that the brain's getting the right information. It's not all. Some you can just do your normal treatment and it will improve but then others definitely when you start any that sensory motor stuff in that makes a huge difference.
