If you are working the same way you did when it's five % team, it is not going to work when it's a 25%. When i was on a smaller team, i would take complete responsibility and basically not necessarily work with other product managers because we had very little time. There were people getting lost in thi system. Don't change it just for the sake of changing it. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm a big fat up that statement. To give you example from that time, ina baby, from my own personal experience, is, again, contaxt is important.
