Amazon was very good at focusing on root causing issues, no matter how minute they might seem in the context of the business. When you're building a category from scratch, sometimes you're really focused on selection and in being in stock that you learn these defects as you're going. And I will also share, I have many of these examples and at the time they're really painful. But then you tell these stories and we've all learned from it and I will continue to have many of them.
