The Biden Administration's Strategy for Negotiating a Deal

The need to actually come to a deal began to loom larger than the tantalizing aspect of being able to label Republicans crazy and hostage takers. The fact that Biden yesterday said this was productive rather than they're holding us hostage is quite a shift in tone. I think they'll get, I think Biden will get some sort of symbolic tax tax increase on the wealthy which would just mean a non renewal of the 2017 Trump tax cuts.
