I would say practicing integrating a pause throughout your day, maybe even setting for my clients who are very new to this type of work. I often recommend setting like a conscious alarm or timer. What this is doing is really re-teaching your body to come into the present moment and to be able to integrate that awareness. The whole point is to integrate it into our pattern so that we can notice what exists and what's real and true right now.
