The Human Toll of Exxon Valdez

I just think of it as like you know you've injected oil into this community but you've also just injected anxiety where there's all these people that they don't know. They live in a community that doesn't have a road. A lot of them have been fishers for years. It's not clear that there's really anything else for them to do in this particular city and they're thinking like well do I have to move? Do I have to retrain?
