Is the on Deck Fellowship Really a Thing?

The fellowship programme on deck does this to some extent too, although i think economically the incentives are wrong. I think it should be structured more like an investment where you're actually putting at stake some rather than getting some money from the crater that you're working with if you're on deck. And commedian stuff does have a fund, so they in bosdon oh, good. That got created out of it. Ya, but that's like different from the on deck fellowship, right? No, it's couples.
