How to Scale a Successful Business

I've seen some talk about the 40 year mortgage recently. Have you seen that? And if so, what are your thoughts on that? I'm not familiar with that. Most of our stuff is multifamily. There is a product that's out there that's a 40 year. It's like called a HUD loan and it's for apartment buildings. Is this a residential 40 year mortgage? Yeah. Or unless you have a central bank digital currency. You think that's coming soon? Yeah. We don't have to get into that today. But what we're really trying to do is just adding great team members by adding more people who can help us create value in real estate syndications
