When we typically start a research campaign with a client, there is, you know, what are the stages of denial, anger, that you go through? And often with clients that they haven't done research before, they come in and they like, hey, we want to launch this app, revamp it or whatever, let's do research and then let's design it. We have to be very careful with how we communicate this information because a lot of people are very invested in their ideas. But something that I find really important is when people come to me and they say, oh, we need research because of what we need to do it.
