The Reverse Heist

In alloy of law, I've mostly free wrote. But alloy of law isn't a true heist story because alloy of law is actually the reverse heist. It's a detective novel. Someone else is pulling off a heist and we're finding the pieces of it. And so yes, I need to figure out what they were doing on the other side,. but I could use fewer people in the heist and make it centered around one charismatic villain.
