Gorman not only means food person, but it also kind of in slang means someone who is very greedy and vicious. In Cajun culture we call them the Gator Goormans. That's better. They pointed out in the comments on YouTube that they're called Gambino's. I think we called them the Gigator Goombas. There you go.
