What Did You Learn From Bunch's Book?
David Frum: I learned so much from this book about Bunch that I didn't know about. But it's also, you know, you use Bunch as a foil almost or maybe to tell the story of international law and international relations kind of in the middle half of the 20th century. He says he tried to weave in some of these broader themes about how we think about geopolitics. Frum: The way that empire goes from something that's accepted and even valorized to something that's ended is really extraordinary.
