The Wringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus

The day after the fire, the five top ringling brothers and barnum and bailey's circus executives are all charged with involuntary manslaughter. They get settled out of court because the circus then agrees to take full financial responsibility for the disaster. After nine years of investigating, lieutenant rick davy is finally able to put a name to the face of the unidentified girl. The true cause of the hartford circus fire remains o mystery to this day.
