The Limited Public Forum
Extremist groups sometimes use this tactic to shut down a forum. If you don't like the boy scouts of america, the way to do it is to go to whatever room they're using and try to use it for the satan club. The result will be that the boy scouts can no longer use the room. It's a, it's a weapon. And here, you know, they could say the limited public forum was for country flags only to celebrate the pride of ethnicity, or something. But what you can't do say it's for civic organizations. Ah, you can probably exclude terrorists on that point,. i've no idea if i'm pronouncing his name right
