The United States has by far been the most important provider or military support to Ukraine. I'm confident that also after midterms there will still be a clear majority in the Congress and the House and in the Senate for continued significant support to Ukraine, says NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg. "It's in our security interest to ensure that President Putin doesn't win in Ukraine but that Ukraine wins," he adds.
