Everness is always in growth mode at Everness. We incentivize our property managers to take on more property so they have an incentive for a property that they take on and so therefore they always were trying to make it work. You would need to be a lot more stringent with your guidelines put in very strict hey here's where i am here's the rent that i want per property  and you can be more selective if something falls in a gray area I think you just make it, say hey this is something i want or i don't want we're out of this deal yeah.
