"If I can help students or my school or institution or those around me feel happier then that's how I sort of bring the culture of it," she says. "It is helpful to understand your why because there are going to be tasks in your work that aren't necessarily fun but if you can identify how that fits into your why so like and you can even sort of reframe that activity as to how it fits in your why" Reframing allows people to define their own metric of success, which helps with finding a sense of control over what they're doing.
