Cricket is no greater sport for leveling you than cricket. Australia has played this kind of backs to the wall, pragmatic, sensible, or almost too defensive style of cricket. But they find themselves one up going into the final test. They have put themselves into a position where they have benefited from the luck that has gone their way. Just because it hasn't arrived chronologically in a perfect narrative doesn't remove the fact of it. I just think that English fans could, England fans could use their team, perhaps even with that question from Atherton to Stokes.
