Sale from the heart is an awesome phrase, but i think a lot of people use it as sort of a crutch. In my first year in sales, i learned a lot. It was the best year ever had and the worst year i ever had - all crammed in one. I don't bring a lot of this Sales 101 stuff intoSales because I'm not going to complicate thisdad's life. And everybody would just make that sense if they thought that way through their whole lives.
