The President's Speech to the Ukranians

President puton's speech was like a school teacher calling in the students to form before him, and president boton said, well, i've called you all in. And it ended with him saying, yes, i will decide soon. But within a very short period of time, there was another rambling history lecture from president buton which resulted in him saying, we are going to recognize these rebel held or, as he would say, the people's republics of donetsk and luhans and ou. Some ukranian friends this morning said they breathed a sigh of relief that after this long history lecture  he basically questioned the right of ukrane to exist
