How to Solve Human Problems Using Software as Law
The DAO store could have worked relatively straightforwardly had they tried to organize people via like, I don't know, a bank account or something where the fees are minimal. But it's really hard or possibly impossible to solve human problems without involving humans in the solution. Software as law doesn't work very well because humans are error prone code is buggy situations change. The other part of that that's cool to me is that it's actually kind of like a new computer science primitive in a sense.
