The first thing you're going to want to notice is, where are your shoulders? If you're wearing them as ear rings. And the easiest way to put your shoulders in the right place is just face your palms forward with your arms relaxed. You'll notice your shoulders drop back. We're going to be taking five breaths, in for four, out for six, and we're going to hold for one se in between. How long does this exercise take? Approximately roughly a minute and a half. Perfect. I want everyone to do this. if it you feel safe, you're in a place where you could do this exercise, which is the point of it. Let's do this
