Why Did the Prosecution Warn the Defense Council?
The defense council was properly warned and then did not open the door to that realm of questioning. The judge probably said, look, that is really prejudicial. Door doesn't come open. And this evidence never comes in. As Alice said, this is clearly 404 evidence.
