How to Use TRX and Rings for Climbing

I like to think we try and put this out on a reasonable amount of lattice as well as that there are no, you know, secret pills, silver bullets for climbing. So I would say go to exercise as long as you have some base familiarity with how to actually use TRX and rings and hold position. The position of your body in an appropriate way is eyes, wise and tees With both bent and straight arm position in a prone, so facing forward or a rear supine position is a great place to start to understand how your shoulders work.
