Symbolism Is Beautiful and Its Consequences Ever So Desirable
Baptism is a most sacred ordinance which a person having received it can remember throughout life as a reminder of the personal commitment to Jesus Christ, kind of that day I committed my life. Its symbolism is beautiful and its consequences ever so desirable. There's a verse that I've always loved in Doctrine and Covenants 84 that says, in the ordinances of the priesthood, the power of godliness is manifest.
