I think I wish that people would give retinoids another chance and know that there are so many options. And then, you know, speak to a professional like Dr. Howard, like a dermatologist who can really help you figure out what's best for your skin. You've also had acne. What was going on with your skin and how did you how did you deal with it? Can we talk about you too? So I was one of those people that my acne didn't start until like age 25. It came in adulthood.
