When your mam gets diagnosed with breast cancer, what is your first reaction and how do you help navigate that situation to help the most? Empathy is probably the answer here. And am she was amazing. She needed to offer more aggressively my presence and support because that may have felt like a big ask for her,. as i was nina, really busy in my own right with a new baby at home.
